While visiting the chambers of the city in Buğday Pazarı Madrasah, he witnessed a different moment of the history in each of them. He watched the city from peak by bird’s-eye view while the cool wind was touching his face at Çankırı Castle. He found peace with the sound of Azan (Adhan) in the dome of Taş Masjid. He became cooler while enjoying the melon that he kept in the water in the summer. He observed that the aesthetic concern of the ancestors was at the top level while sipping his tea in Çivitçioğlu Madrasah. He greeted the tradesmen on the streets adorned with trees. The light in the students’ eyes while they were leaving the university campus gave him hope for the future. The train and the airplane, designed as a library, breathed life into the city. The peace of the water flowing through the middle was embracing Çankırı. He was trapped by the flow of the time in front of the clock statue. He reached out before the turning point while examining the exhibition in the museum of the city that hosted many civilizations and the İnandık Vase. He respected for the people who were protecting the essence of ahi community (i.e., Turkish-Islamic guild) at friends’ night. He expressed his gratitude to hospitable Çankırı residents while visiting them in their homes. He was happy that this city that followed the rapidly developing world was protecting its essence
